Bel Air is located on the A1 motorway, 5 km south of Centre de Flacq. Frequent buses from Centre de Flacq stop in the village, and buses from Port Louis also pass through. A taxi from Centre de Flacq costs around MUR 200.

The village is spread along the main road and is walkable. For exploring the surrounding countryside, a car or bicycle is useful. Local buses connect to Centre de Flacq every 20 minutes.
