Why visit Bachok?
Bachok is a coastal town in eastern Kelantan, about 25 km south of Kota Bharu on the South China Sea coast. It is known for its white-sand beaches, especially Pantai Irama ("Beach of Melody"), a roughly 4 km stretch of soft sand shaded by casuarina and coconut palms that takes its name from the gentle hushing sound of the sea breeze along the shore.
