Dolo Town
Margibi, Liberia
Why visit Dolo Town?
Dolo Town is a small coastal settlement in southern Margibi County, located along the Atlantic coast east of Marshall. It is a quiet fishing community with a population engaged primarily in artisanal fishing and subsistence agriculture. The town's name is shared with several other settlements in Liberia, but this Dolo Town is distinguished by its accessibility from the Harbel–Marshall road and its position along a stretch of undeveloped coastline. Like much of coastal Margibi, Dolo Town offers a glimpse of traditional Liberian coastal life away from the commercial centres.
