Why visit Page?

Page is a small city in northern Arizona, serving as the gateway to Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, and Antelope Canyon. Situated on the Colorado River at the Arizona-Utah border, Page was originally built in the 1950s to house workers constructing the Glen Canyon Dam. Today, with a population of approximately 7,000, it's a major tourist hub for visitors exploring the stunning landscapes of the Colorado Plateau.

The city sits at an elevation of about 4,300 feet on the edge of Page Lake Powell, a reservoir created by Glen Canyon Dam. The climate is arid with hot summers (temperatures exceeding 100°F/38°C), cold winters, and minimal rainfall. Spring and fall offer the most comfortable weather for outdoor activities.

Page's strategic location makes it an ideal base for exploring some of the Southwest's most iconic natural attractions, including the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, and Monument Valley. The city offers a range of accommodations, restaurants, and tour operators serving the outdoor recreation market.
