By Car / Road
Daphne is accessible via US Highway 98 (also known as the Jubilee Parkway) which crosses Mobile Bay from Mobile. It sits along the Eastern Shore corridor between Spanish Fort and Fairhope. From Mobile, the drive is about 20 minutes east. From Gulf Shores, approximately 45 minutes northwest.
Daphne is best explored by car. The historic downtown area is walkable for short distances. There is no public transit system.
