How do you get there?

By Plane

Khon Kaen Airport (KKC) is approximately 80 km south, and Udon Thani Airport (UTH) is about 90 km north. Both have daily flights from Bangkok. From either airport, take a bus or taxi to Si Bun Ruang.

By Train

Khon Kaen railway station, on the Northeastern Line from Bangkok, is the nearest major railway station (about 80 km south).

By Car / Road

From Nong Bua Lamphu town, take a local road heading west toward Si Bun Ruang (approximately 40 km). From Khon Kaen, drive north on secondary roads. Buses from Nong Bua Lamphu serve the district, though services may be less frequent than on the main highway routes.

The district centre is walkable. Songthaews connect Si Bun Ruang to neighbouring districts and villages. A private vehicle offers the most flexibility for exploring the wider area.
