Changi Village
South East, Singapore
Why visit Changi Village?
Changi Village is a rustic settlement at the northeastern tip of Singapore, a world away from the skyscrapers of the city centre. It retains a kampong-style atmosphere with low-rise buildings, a laid-back vibe, and a hawker centre legendary for its nasi lemak. The village is also the jumping-off point for Pulau Ubin, Singapore's last surviving rural island.
Tropical climate year-round (27-33°C), with cooling coastal breezes.
