How do you get there?

By Plane

Maota Airport (MXS) is about 40 km northeast — a 45-minute drive. Taxis cost around 60 WST.

By Car / Road

Salailua is about 25 km west of Salelologa on the sealed south coast road. Buses from Salelologa serve the route. The inter-island ferry from Mulifanua (Upolu) connects to Salelologa.

The village is walkable. A rental car is recommended for exploring the south coast.
