Carles is accessible by bus and jeepney from Iloilo City (3–4 hours north) and Roxas (1 hour northwest).
By plane
The nearest airports are Iloilo International Airport (ILO) and Roxas Airport (RXS), both 3–4 hours away.
Tricycles and habal-habal serve the town. For the Gigantes Islands, hire a boat from the Carles port.
