Haris is a Palestinian village in the Salfit Governorate, located 12 km east of Salfit city. It is an agricultural community with a population of about 5,000. The village is known for the shrine of Nabi Haris (a prophet) on a hilltop overlooking the area. The climate is Mediterranean: hot, dry summers and cool, rainy winters. Spring is best.

Haris is 12 km east of Salfit, about 20 minutes by car. Shared taxis from Salfit serve the village.

The village is walkable. The shrine is a short hike from the centre.
