Nsugbe is a riverine town in Anambra State, located along the Niger River near Onitsha. It is primarily a fishing and farming community known for its production of cassava, yam, and vegetables. Nsugbe's shoreline is dotted with fishing camps and boat-building yards. The town is also home to Nnamdi Azikiwe University's Faculty of Agriculture, which operates a research farm in the area.

Nsugbe is on the Onitsha–Otuocha road, about 25 minutes north of Onitsha. Taxis run from Onitsha.

Keke and okada serve the town. Canoes are used along the river.
