Khutag-Ondor

Khutag-Ondor is a small town in Bulgan Province, north-central Mongolia, located on the Kharaa River. It is an administrative centre for the surrounding rural area, with an economy based on livestock herding and some agriculture.

The climate is continental: cold winters and mild summers. June through August is the best travel season.

Khutag-Ondor is a quiet rural settlement with limited facilities, convenient as a transit stop in northern Mongolia.
