Gharghur

Għargħur is one of the oldest and smallest local councils in Malta, situated on a high hilltop in the northeastern part of the island. The village core is compact and best explored on foot, while the surrounding valleys and the Victoria Lines offer excellent hiking trails.

The village also maintains a strong tradition of agricultural crafts and folk music.
