How do you get there?

By Plane

Beirut–Rafic Hariri International Airport (BEY IATA) is approximately 120 km west, about a 2-hour drive. Taxis cost US$80–100.

By Car / Road

From Beirut, drive east through the Beqaa Valley, then north through Baalbek to Hermel. Buses from Beirut's Cola station to Baalbek connect onward.

Hermel town is walkable. A car is needed for exploring the surrounding countryside.
