Why visit Kanzaki?
Kanzaki (神埼) is a city in eastern Saga Prefecture, located along the Kase River. It is known for its natural scenery, including the stunning Mihara no Hara rice terraces (one of Japan's top 100 terraced rice fields), and as a center for traditional Saga-ori textile production. The area offers a quiet rural escape close to Saga city. Spring and autumn are the best seasons; the rice terraces are particularly beautiful during planting (May) and harvest (September).
