Al-Nu'maniya (Arabic: النعمانية) is a town in Wāsiţ Governorate, eastern Iraq, on the Tigris River about 40 km south of Al-Kut. It is an agricultural settlement in the Tigris valley, surrounded by extensive date palm plantations. The town has a traditional rural character. Summers are extreme; winters mild. November–March is the best time.
