The nearest airport is Khorramabad (KHD), about 45 km south.

By Train

Dorud station, about 100 km east, is the nearest railway connection.

By Car / Road

Aleshtar is on the road connecting Khorramabad to Kermanshah. Shared taxis and minibuses run from Khorramabad.

The town is small and walkable. Local taxis serve the area.
