Eslamabad-e Gharb (اسلام‌آباد غرب) is a city in western Kermānshāh Province, about 50 km west of Kermanshah. Formerly known as Shahabad-e Gharb, it is an agricultural centre in a fertile valley.

The climate is Mediterranean, with cold winters and warm summers.
