Pespire is a colonial town in Choluteca department, southern Honduras, located in the highlands north of Choluteca city. By Plane

The nearest airport is Toncontín International Airport (TGU) in Tegucigalpa, approximately 100 km to the north. Travel by road takes about 2 hours.

By Car / Road

Pespire is located on the road between Tegucigalpa and Choluteca, approximately 30 km north of Choluteca city. From Choluteca, the drive takes about 30 minutes. From Tegucigalpa, about 2 hours (100 km). Bus services run between Choluteca and Pespire for around L 30–40.

Pespire is a small town walkable on foot. The colonial centre is compact. Mototaxis are available for L 15–25.
