How do you get there?

By Plane

Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in Alajuela, about 15-20 km from central San José. From the airport, Puriscal can be reached by rental car, private transfer, or public bus.

By Train

Costa Rica has limited passenger rail service. Reaching Puriscal by train is not practical.
