Overview

Adamaoua (Adamawa) is a region in north-central Cameroon, a highland area with a cool climate and rolling savannah landscapes. The capital is Ngaoundere. The region is named after the Adamawa Emirate and has a significant Fulani (Fulbe) pastoralist population.

When to Visit

November to March (dry season) is best for wildlife viewing and travel. April to October is the rainy season.
