Prices are as they were when this itinerary was finalised (in July 2026). We price your own trip live, to your dates.
Japan e-Visa for Indian nationals, applied 2–4 weeks ahead with 3–5 business-day processing. Budget ~₹5,000 per person.
Farm Tomita's main fields peak in mid-July; the couple's dawn arrival around 05:30 gives the best light and no crowds — arrange the taxi with the hotel the night before.
A Hokkaido Rail Pass (5 consecutive days) covers the Hokuto Express, the Furano train and the Kamui/Lilac, but must be bought in India before departure — it can't be purchased in Japan.
The Noboribetsu–Lake Toya public bus connection is infrequent, so that day runs as a guided tour handling all transport, tickets and timing — book 2–3 weeks ahead in peak season.
Buy an eSIM before departure for data on arrival; konbini stores everywhere handle food, ATMs and top-ups.
Same destination, planned a different way — compare the day-by-day and the cost breakdown.
